- New Castle School of Trades was founded in 1945 and has become a leading technical and trade institution. Over the years, the School has evolved from educating competent tradesmen to training more sophisticated and innovative craftsmen who are looking to become today's highly skilled technicians. In 1954, NCST moved to its present location in Pulaski, PA. NCST has programs in Building Technology, Electrical Technology, Heavy Equipment Operations, Heavy Equipment Operations with CDL, Machinist Technology, Refrigeration/AC Technology and Commercial Truck Driving, as well as a Commercial & Industrial Maintenance program. The college is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology.
